Notice of Partnership Dissolution

This is to inform all of Monster Rigging LLC’s valued customers, suppliers and other concerned parties, that effective immediately by mutual agreement, the principles of Monster Rigging LLC, David Delorge, Albert Pineda and Eddie Sandoval have mutually agreed to dissolve our partnership effective immediately. and each of us will continue separately, on our own, in the following manner.

David Delorge will be the sole owner and operator of Monster Rigging LLC.

As such, I pledge that I will continue to manufacture and sell the same, superior quality, well known Trademarked and Pops approved, off-road products that you have trusted and relied on for many years.

Mr. Albert Pineda will continue selling oil and gas division products, as well as handling all inspections under the name of Big Texas Rigging. The products and services Albert and Big Texas Rigging offers will have no association or affiliation with Monster Rigging LLC

Mr. Eduardo Sandoval is currently marketing products similar to Monster Rigging LLC product offerings using the name "Monster Rigging Off Road" and using a logo very similar to my registered trademark.

While the courts will decide if this unethical and misleading representation is allowed to continue, I also use this notice to advise all concerned that I andMonster Rigging LLC has no affiliation whatsoever, with Mr. Sandoval, or "Monster Rigging Off Road" and we are in no way responsible for any products he may sell, unpaid invoices he may have, credit lines he may apply for, or checks he may write.

Monster Rigging LLC will continue to provide the same high quality products and service on which we have built our reputation and this change will in no way affect Monster Rigging LLC company policies or manner of conducting business.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all concerned for the courtesy and support you have shown Monster Rigging LLC in the past, and we sincerely hope that you will let us continue to serve your business in a way that is mutually beneficial and profitable to all.
