Monster Grim-Link Soft Shackle
Monster Grim-Links are made from Plasma rope which is the highest strength synthetic rope available, stronger and SAFER than steel shackles with comparable size. These shackles won't rust and are so light they float.

The Monster Grim-Link can be washed off with water and air dried. While Grim-Link fibers are stronger than steel they are susceptible to wear and cutting. Always inspect it before use for excess wear, cutting, or worn and frayed areas

Peace of mind
I’ve used all types of shackles to perform safe recoveries. None have failed me using proper technique and knowing when to stop and re-evaluate. I’ve used the soft shackles twice now, once with a snatch strap recovery and once with my winch, and the advantage I see in using them is that I have peace of mind that if something does fail they won’t send metal projectiles hurtling towards people or property. That in my mind is worth the price. They stow well in my recovery bag, and are much lighter than my various other steel shackles. I got them in white so I can always tell when I need to clean them up.
